GYFTW Outdoor Optical Cable Cable

GYFTW is an outdoor loose tube stranded optical cable with non-metallic strength member and light armor. it consists of 250μm fibers, PBT loose tubes, FRP central strength member, water-blocking materials, corrugated steel tape (PSP) and PE outer sheath. Two parallel steel wires enhance tensile strength. Available with 2-144 single-mode/multi-mode fibers, it is small in diameter, light in weight and suitable for duct and aerial laying.

Description

Features:

Reliable Protection: Gel-filled loose tubes, full-core water-blocking materials and corrugated steel tape provide excellent water-proof and moisture-proof performance, protecting fibers from damage.
Strong Mechanical Performance: Parallel steel wires and FRP member ensure high tensile strength (long-term 600N, short-term 1500N) and crush resistance, adapting to aerial installation stress.
Stable Transmission: G.652D fiber ensures low loss (0.36dB/km at 1310nm, 0.22dB/km at 1550nm) and low dispersion, with nearly zero additional attenuation after cabling.
Easy Installation: Lightweight structure, good flexibility and small bending radius (10D static, 20D dynamic) facilitate duct threading and aerial deployment.

Application:

Main Installation Scenarios: Ideal for non-self-supporting aerial laying (rural poles, urban roads) and duct laying (underground pipelines, building risers) in metropolitan and access networks.
Industry Applications: Suitable for long-distance auxiliary links, FTTH backbones, power system communications and high-speed rail/metro network construction.
Environmental Adaptability: UV-resistant PE sheath works at -40℃~+70℃, fit for high humidity and general outdoor environments. Not recommended for direct burial.
